Autism and Inclusion Training for Families, Teachers, and Community Partners

In this session on Autism and Inclusion, we will explore the shift from the traditional medical model of disability to the more empowering social model. The session will emphasize a collaborative approach between community partners and individuals with neurodivergent identities, using practical strategies and tools to create inclusive environments that promote understanding and support social communication. We will also discuss strategies to help neurodivergent individuals navigate social rules, understand consequences, and make positive choices.

You can attend in person or online with Microsoft Teams. Children are welcome. We will provide crayons and a coloring book, but no childcare will be available.
