Understanding Your Path to Housing: The importance of having a vision for housing, The status of housing in WA, Understanding the connection of services to housing, Overview of housing models
Join us at the annual Ride the Clear Creek Trail, an event for wheelchair users and blind/low-vision people to enjoy getting outdoors and enjoying guided rides along portions of the Clear Creek Trail in Silverdale. Everyone is welcome and tandem bikes will be available for blind/low-vision riders to borrow.
Let's discuss how to prepare now for going back to school. We'll share tips and tricks and hear from a panel discussion led by Allison Ryan, BCBA of Easterseals OPAC.

We couldn’t be more excited to send our kids back to school in the coolest way possible! There will be fun at every corner and great free resources for families!
Join like-minded special needs students, adults, and their families and make new friends. Hot Dogs, fixings, and drinks will be provided. Bring a side to share or just yourself.
The first hour will be the training topic. The IEP clinic will begin in the second hour allowing individuals to bring their student’s IEP, Evaluation, or 504 plan to the clinic and ask questions.

Open to the Public! Connect with dozens of agencies and supports for families of adults and children with diverse needs. Learn about the transition process from school age to adulthood.
Interested in learning more about community resources in your area? Join us for the opportunity to meet with local community-based organizations and engage in discussion around behavioral health services.
Training participants will learn:
Overview of Autism characteristics,
Understand learning styles, executive function, and critical thinking and its impact on independence and self-esteem.
Learn strategies that encourage independence and autonomy; building on strengths, interests, and motivations.
Learn from the Sheriff's Office on what to do if your child disappears or is experiencing a mental health crisis. Learn prevention techniques and what happens during these events.
Join us at the South Sound Legislative Forum 2024 for an engaging gathering where local voices meet local legislators. Hybrid option available.
