Meet the Kitsap County Parent Coalition

You may remember me, Melia, as the former coordinator of the Coalition. I’m excited to share that the Coalition is back, now with full support from Holly Ridge Center’s new Lifespan Inclusion Program.
Holly Ridge Center created the Lifespan Inclusion Program to serve people with disabilities of all ages. This program also includes the Parent to Parent (P2P) program, which provides parent support and peer matching.
We are delighted to invite you to visit our new location on June 11. We’ll meet in the conference room and enjoy some light refreshments. I would love to hear your thoughts on advocacy priorities and future meeting topics.
At the meeting, you’ll also have the chance to meet our new P2P Coordinator, Hannah Guzman, as well as Janet Wyatt, who will share information about the Dan Thompson Grant and efforts to create accessible parks.
Please RSVP by email to [email protected] so that we can provide enough refreshments and ensure adequate space for all. Please let us know if you have accessibility concerns or dietary restrictions. We are meeting on the first floor of Holly Ridge Center across from the WinCo and Carl’s Jr. Drive down the hill and turn into the first driveway on your right.
