* This program is for parents of children with ASD and sleep problems, such as bedtime resistance, difficulty falling asleep, not getting enough sleep, and night wakings.
* These workshops will teach parents about the science of sound sleep and share practical strategies for improving children’s sleep problems. Parents will learn from UWAC staff with expertise in addressing sleep problems and have opportunities to connect with and learn from other families with children who are struggling with sleep.
